Why Cub Scouts?
Since 1930, the Boy Scouts
of America has helped young boys through the Cub Scouting
program. Our boys face a lot of choices in after-school
activities. Boys want to have fun while parents want them
to learn positive values and skill that will last a lifetime.
Cub Scouting may be exactly what you both are looking
for.
Cub Scouting has benefited
generations of men, and the experience of serving them
over almost a century has enabled Cub Scouting to be one
of the most exciting and rewarding programs available
As a parent, Cub Scouting
• Involves a wide variety of activities
• Encourages good behavior
• Teaches lifelong skills and values
• Strengthens the family bond
Who Is Cub Scouts For?
Cub Scouting is designed for
boys and their families looking for fun and adventure
in a program that builds character and instills values.
It's for boys who are in the
first through the fifth grade (or ages 7 through 10).
